WCU Bass Chapel

Hattiesburg, MS

The Caroline and Ray Bass Memorial Chapel at William Carey University was dedicated on August 27. The chapel, located behind Chain Garden on the university’s Hattiesburg campus, was completed earlier this year. It will seat approximately 100 people for various functions, such as small religious services, and will also be open daily for use by students, faculty and staff for meditation and reflection. Bass Memorial Chapel provides sacred space for prayer, worship, and small group gatherings. The prayer garden is a place for meditation.
